Reporting directly to the Head of Investment based in Singapore, this is a great opportunity for experienced professionals covering investment procedures and initiatives.

They are currently seeking a highly competent individuals to join their team as a Specialist for Investment Operations & Projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with fund managers and service providers regarding fund operations
  • Adhere to MAS/CPF regulations and company policies/SOPs
  • Drive company's objectives from an investment operation's perspective, through rollout of new fund, product, system enhancements and regional projects
  • Ensure that transactions and all investmentrelated activities are accurate and timely
  • Examine reports on fund valuations and fund prices
  • Ensure that investmentlinked funds have no discrepancies.
  • Keeping GL and bank reconciliations updated and clearing errors as soon as possible
  • Comply with and preserve latest records of all operational procedures
  • Participate in the rollout of new initiatives, product releases and adhoc projects
  • Assist with creating and closing accounts, as well as SSI updates
  • Examine the longterm effects of initiatives that will be executed and look for solutions to simplify procedures
  • Ensure processes adhere to MAS307 regulations.
  • Perform documentation for KYC

Who Do We Look For?

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 23 years of investment, insurance, or fund accounting background
  • Focused, precise, proactive, and selfdriven individuals
  • Understand the full spectrum of trades procedures
  • Effective problemsolving abilities
  • Skilled with the Microsoft Office software
  • Understanding of accounting software (e.g. SAP and PeopleSoft)
