Responsibilities:


  • Notifies customers of expiring licenses, and coordinates with them to utilize them
  • Send requests to swap licenses and switch demo to a paid account
  • Bills resellers monthly or quarterly
  • Supports resellers with any order processing matters
  • Covers for SSL Support or SSL Inside Sales Support officers tasks when needed
  • Checks and updates inventory record of the customers
  • Prepare/Process Delivery Order, Vendor Registration Application, Non-Disclosure Agreement, and any other documentation required.
  • Interact with customers on verification process as well as Resellers and Partner to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Coordinate with and escalate highly technical issues to the Service Delivery Team and/or Partner if necessary

Requirement:


  • Diploma graduate in Computer/Information Technology and/or Business Admin/Sales & Marketing with at least 2 years relevant work experience
