Job Summary Commis will be exposed to the various ingredients and dishes from the menu and play an integral part in ensuring our food leaves the kitchen in a timely manner and with consistently high quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Sous Chef in ensuring the smooth running of kitchen operations.
Carry out daily kitchen preparations
Carry out daily general kitchen duties which includes - Setting up and cleaning kitchen equipment, Dishwashing, Cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas, Trash disposal
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Receive and check food deliveries to ensure they meet purchasing requirements.
Any other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef.
Requirement- Open to Singaporeans, Singapore PR, Long-Term Visit Pass (with valid PLOC)
Minimum 6 months of working experience in the F&B kitchen as a Cook/Kitchen Helper position.
Excellent personal hygiene and well-groomed
Self-motivated Team player with positive can-do attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good Communication and Teamwork skills
Working Hours
5.5 days/weekDefault Sunday and Monday Morning OffMonday (4pm to 10pm)Tuesday to Saturday (10.30am to 10pm) (Inclusive of 2 hours break)
