Responsibilities

• Perform market research to understand the various industries
• Develop new clients and Maintain existing clients
• Understand clients' recruitment needs as well as to provide the neccessary advices to clients if required
• Delivery of new positions brought in and communicate closely with the Consultant Team to ensure they understand the position's requirement for sourcing purpose
• Perform negotiation with clients
• Attend networking session to build up potential clients

Requirements

• Candidate with more than 1 year of B2B sales experience will have a distinct advantage
• Candidate with no relevant working experience is welcome to experience
• Candidate must be fluent in Japanese language in order to liaise with Japanese speaking clients/candidates
• Candidate who is flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and a team player will have a distinct advantage
