The Learning and Development (L&D) Executive is part of the L&D team that is responsible for the training and professional development of the organisation's employees.
The primary work scope of this role is to assist in the implementation and operations of all learning programmes and initiatives - from coordination to validation & reporting of key deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the endtoend learning operation process from working closely with the internal stakeholders interms of training needs of the team or of the individual employee.
- Act as a vendor partner in all the new and existing learning initiatives not limited to vendor sourcing, vendor followups, and financial settlement. Be a vendor partner and make sure that vendors are delivering the solutions effectively in a timely manner.
- Work closely with finance and procurement team in verifying the PR and POs, and handle disputes if needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for the employees learning and development needs and initiatives within the organization.
- Responsible in managing the online learning management system (ULearn) from setting up programs, sending learning invites, tracking of the learning status, up to the completion stage.
- Responsible in managing the project and team's budget including budget monitoring and report submissions.
Requirement:
- Relevant Diploma in Business with HR Specialization Preferred
- Previous experience in learning and development operations management
- Background in using and managing learning management system
- Ability to be detailoriented and organized.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
