Responsibilities:


  • Carry out preventive maintenance of properties and attend to all work orders issued by tenants and management
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
  • Maintain and monitor building systems
  • Assist the department in all aspects pertaining to electrical, ACMV, plumbing and sanitary
  • Conduct preventive and corrective servicing, inspection, and replacements of Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems
  • Troubleshooting of fire alarm panel and pump panel

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 23 years of related building maintenance experience
  • Skilled in Building Works, M&E, Air-Con and/or Electrical
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Independent, proactive and responsible team player
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management.
