    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Reporting to Head, Community Partnerships and Engagement, you will be working closely with the editorial teams of the various titles within the Chinese Media Group (CMG) to drive our audience engagement via membership programme, events and community partnerships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Explore, identify, negotiate and manage community partnerships to create strategic value for the CMG and its stakeholders
    • Assist to lead, drive and manage team members in their projects, including events and membership engagements
    • Conceptualise and copy-edit communication materials for our members
    • Enrich the programme by driving more synergies with CMG's existing and new partners and advertisers
    • Work with stakeholders within SPH Media on synergising engagement, marketing and partnership efforts

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in editorial work and audience engagement, and at least 5 years in a supervisory role; familiarity with the media industry and experience in a similar capacity, including events and programme management would be advantageous.
    • Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, as this role supports Chinese publications. Good copywriting and editing skills in Chinese is a must.
    • Outcome driven with great initiative and problem solving skills.
    • Highly organized, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in a team
    • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of handling cross-functional projects
    • Familiar with working with content management systems and tech systems/data analytics
    • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite Cloud-based productivity tools
