LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Program Manager based in Singapore to be responsible for the design and implementation of programs to enhance the customer success organisation operational experience and to enable the success of Talent Solutions customers at scale.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to act as a partner and advisor to executive leaders, while working in close coordination with customer success, sales, marketing and enablement across the Talent organisation.


Key responsibilities:


  • Partner with the Senior Director of APAC Customer Success and their leadership team to implement organizational efficiencies and manage the rhythm of the business, while also delivering strategic initiatives to help the business achieve its goals.
  • Build consensus with customer success, sales, operations and demonstrate leadership to logically structure ambiguous problems, conduct datadriven analysis, extrapolate key insights, and deliver recommendations.
  • Work with customer success and sales leaders, learning experience designers and crossfunctional teams to build and deliver programs that enable all customer segments along the customer journey.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including determining and aligning to scope, resource needs, deliverables, stakeholder maps, timelines, and results.
  • Drive reinforcement, enablement, change management, and communications across projects and customer success teams.
  • Advocate and influence at all levels of the organization, including with Senior Director+ leaders.
  • Represent the voice of APAC to ensure the local context is reflected in global forums.

Qualifications:


Basic Qualifications:


  • 7+ years' experience with Program Management, Product Management, Operations, Customer Success, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, or Customer Marketing
  • Experience managing complex projects across multiple crossfunctional teams

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior management consulting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Ability to work independently and without much supervision
  • Experience leading change within a cross functional business environment
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent degree
