THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facialist to join our prestigious Brand and provide exceptional facial treatments to our discerning clientele.

As a Facialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' well-being through indulgent, pampering and rejuvenating facial therapies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct Facial Treatment for clientele including VIP Clients/ PR Guests/ Celebrities.
• Welcome guests, provide hospitality following brand guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, address client inquiries, and build lasting relationships.
• Ensure a luxurious and relaxing experience for clients throughout their spa visit.
• Be the brand ambassador – introducing client the brand, product and treatment.
• Maintain a hygienic and pleasant environment for the treatment, treatment related housekeeping.
• Stay up to datewith the latest skincare trends and technologies to offer cutting-edge services.
• Participate in ad-hoc launch events or workshops as required.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years' experience in skincare & facial treatments.
• Must have ITE/ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO or local beauty diplomas equivalent.
• Have good level of knowledge on skin physiology, able to do analyze skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments and skincare regimens as part of the selling ceremony.
• Have selling skills to be able to sell products following a facial.
• Experienced and good oral presentation skills to introduce the brand, product, and treatments. Intensive training will be provided.
