Responsibilities

Act as the central person amongst subteams within Finance and other external stakeholders to drive project deliverables against defined timelines and budget
Translate the solutions into project plans and objectives and delivers according to these
Manage client and stakeholder satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels and manages escalations adequately
Manage the project team to drive successful project outcome and will escalate any project performance concerns to relevant line managers
Ensure project team has access to the relevant project management tools and have the general means to perform their role
Promote project services to clients and stakeholders
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
After projects monitoring and coordinates the training of the users, if necessary

Requirements:

Degree holder
At least 5 years' relevant experience in finance operations/project management for commercial functions
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory exposure in project management
Demonstrate a strong business acumen and a good understanding of general technology concepts
Sound knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software tools
Solid work experience in internal project and programme management
Experience dealing with and coordinating multiple stakeholders
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
