We are an early-stage Procure-to-Pay-to-Finance Ecosystem start-up that tackles industry pain points, improve workflow and communications, and creates a unique bond between parties.
With Series A funding, we are considering the next phase of talent to help us take our disruptive solution more aggressively to market.
Role:
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to manage and optimize the revenue operations process.
This role reports to the Head of Commercial.
Responsibilities:
Process Ownership:
- Manage and optimise the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage the process of optimising product pricing.
- Own the New Business sales quotation, Existing Business upsell and crosssell and Renewals process.
Teamwork:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations best practices and tools.
Analytics:
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key metrics such as lead conversion and retention rates.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer success, to identify and implement process improvements.
- Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the revenue operations process.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process.
Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Share market insights and feedback with internal teams to contribute to product development and improvement.
- Stay informed of up to date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations.
- Conduct market and customer research to understand the target audience and identify opportunities for growth.
Networking:
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, preferably in a startup environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance.
- Demonstrated experience in using or implementing sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Strong Understanding of sales processes and the company's target audience and goals
- Ability to conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
