- Advise appropriate service / repair requirements to meet client's needs.
- Provide clear estimation for insurance claims.
- Responsible to settle motor claims with insurance company.
- Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.
- Daily appointments scheduling for accident and body repair.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Work on alternate Saturday
- Have automotive related experiences
