Work location: 21 Pandan Avenue (Clementi - West Coast)

Working day & hour: 5 days work week (Mon-Fri) - (Mon-Thurs: 8am to 6pm, Fri: 8am to 5pm)

Salary: $2,000-$3,000/month

Responsibilities

• Handle Account Receivable(Manage account receivable tasks, generating customer invoices, monitoring payment timelines).
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement and aging.
• Check all invoice against delivery order prior payment
• To resolve outstanding payment issues promptly and maintain efficient records of all collection activities.
• Ensuring payments by customers are being accurately recorded and accounted for in the system.
• Updating of systems immediately when customers make necessary payments.
• Assist with filling of documentation.
• Perform General Administrative duty.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum "O" level or equivalent.
• At least 1-year working experience.
• Computer literate.
• Independent, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice.
• under 1 year contract
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore
