- Perform thorough vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statements (including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
- Develop and oversee comprehensive financial and operational performance reporting as well as dashboards.
- Identify patterns and trends within the data, translating them into compelling narratives and recommendations for leadership and clients to enhance decision-making.
- Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments to offer actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business and Data teams to ensure data coherence and accuracy in crafting insightful dashboards and reports.
- Condense intricate business data and ratios into understandable and actionable insights for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Maintain a SSOT to optimize data quality and accessibility.
- Masters degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Advanced Excel,Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in SQL or Quick Sight will be an added advantage.
