- Lead, manage, and motivate all service team members to ensure departmental objectives and performance targets are achieved.
- Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
- Monitor service quality by regularly auditing completed works, inspection reports, and customer feedback to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Oversee the preparation of inspection, testing, and maintenance reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission to clients.
- Resolve service issues promptly and professionally, implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve service methods and productivity.
- Analyse recurring department issues and customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement improvement measures to minimise recurrence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exemplary service, addressing concerns efficiently, and supporting repeat business through value-added services and upselling where appropriate.
- Support business growth by identifying service improvement opportunities and recommending enhancements to systems, processes, and resources.
- Ensure service team members are properly trained, competent, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
- Strong knowledge and experience of Service & Maintenance in fire safety and smoke control
- Experience in managing /dealing with the Building MA is a plus
- Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in sales and marketing
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, troubleshooting, creative problem-solving
- Proven track record in customer service, effective marketing strategies and employee management
