- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for the Health Strategy Office
- Work with internal stakeholders including but not limited to the commercial and clinical teams to support the operationalisation of corporate contracts
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operations, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, managing the reception area, submission of claims etc
- Business diploma or degree
- Interest in Mental Health care
- Meticulous and team player
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but any work experience is a plus
