Description

Overall in charge of all activities in the warehouse which includes picking and packing of products, delivery,
- inventory, and checking through of returned products.

Input/enter stocks into the system.
Performs Barcode Scanning system (different system) during picking and packing and then note them back in SAP.
Key in sales orders and convert into invoices in SAP.
Manage the warehouse and fulfillment team and processes.
Endure that products in the warehouse are well organized and kept tidy and clean.
Ensure that all orders are picked and packed for export and/or local standards set by the company.
Assist in putting stickers on bags.
Leads in conducting weekly cycle count.
Monitor the stock levels that are kept in the warehouse.
Adhere to health and MOM safety requirements.
Protect the company's properties by taking care of the goods and fixtures.
Helps in sales/merchandising and store display in the shops.
Take calls from customers.
Follow all policies and procedures.
To be a positive, willing, contributing and adaptable member of the team at all times.
To work on any other reasonable management instruction as required.

Job Qualifications:

Basic educational requirement for warehouse assistant positions.
Minimum of 2 years related experience in a warehouse operation.
Ability to manage inventory and maintain an organized workspace.
Accuracy in recording inventory, labeling products, and managing shipments.
Proficiency in using warehouse management software, inventory systems, and basic office software (e.g., SAP, etc).
Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Preferably with Forklift certification.
Capability to lift, carry, and move items in the warehouse.

Understanding and adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Flexibility:
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if necessary.

Reliability:
Punctuality and a strong work ethic, ensuring consistent attendance and performance.
