Description

1. Plan and perform the regular Preventive Maintenance activities according to the PM schedule in Sharepoint. Record and update PM performed in Sharepoint accordingly

Plan and perform the regular In-house verification activities according to the Calibration schedule in Sharepoint. Record and update the verification performed in Sharepoint accordingly.
Plan, arrange and coordinate the external calibration of equipment with the supplier and internal process owners. Review the calibration reports before updating the records to Sharepoint
Create new entries(for new equipment) and update existing entries to the equipment in Sharepoint when there are changes (eg.transfer to SSM)
Create new and update existing Preventative Maintenance Work Instructions and In-house verification Work Instructions
Perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment. If the repair is not within our capability, to source and coordinate the repair by the supplier
Upkeeping of general facilities in company (excluding IT and office equipment), including replacements of lightings, caster wheels, etc
Control and manage the inventory of spare parts, including the restock
Control the issuance, replacement, return and restock of tools to Production staffs
Educate users of equipment/machines on the proper handling and execution of daily preventive measures
Coordinate, design, fabricate, modify jigs and fixtures for use at Production
Monitor external contractors when performing servicing and maintenance activities

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering with 2~3 years experience in related function. Degree in the above disciplines is preferred.
Able to communicate with Suppliers and internally to discuss/feedback/getting Quotations. Related skills in repair/troubleshooting equipment.
Able to work independently and also take care of the subordinates in the Maintenance Team.
