Our client is a Manufacturing MNC Industry. They are looking for a HR Specialist to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East - Easy accessible.

Responsibility:

Plan and oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs.
Review and modify existing programs to ensure compliance with legislation.
Support the recruitment process.
Manage daytoday compensation and benefitsrelated activities.
Develop competitive and costefficient programs to retain employees and attract top talent aligned with company strategy.
Lead compensation and benefits programs.
Participate in benefit benchmarking and market trend analysis.
Manage performance appraisal and bonus review.

Requirements:

Min Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in handling compensations and benefits
Experience in manufacturing industry is a bonus
