Description
Responsibilities:
. To manage all documents for the project
. Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying and other works being assigned from time to time
. Maintaining and updating the database
. Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondences / drawings / documents reports are organized according to Project Filing Code
. Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
. Dealing with other staff or visitors, on phone or in person.
. Review each document for conformity and accuracy
. Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects
. Ensures delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines
. Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs
. Maintains an updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly
. Generate various document control reports as required
. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
. Minimum GCE O level
. Minimum 3 years' experience of Document Control in Construction industry
. Proficient in MS Office
. Must have experience and understanding of Document Management System
. Dynamic, hardworking, meticulous and good interpersonal skills
. Able to work independently as well as in a team
. Incumbent with working experience on Singapore LTA / Rail project preferred
. 5.5 days' work week
