Responsibilities
Technical Innovation:
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in audio production and digital platforms, with a particular focus on developing AI DJs to enhance and elevate our content offerings.
Budget Management:
- Collaborate closely with the finance department to formulate and manage budgets for audio production and events, ensuring costeffectiveness and optimal resource utilization.
Strategic Content Planning:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, aligning programming with strategic objectives and special events to ensure a dynamic and engaging schedule.
Execution Excellence:
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the flawless execution of planned content across various platforms, maximizing the reach and engagement impact of our programming.
Collaborative Content Development:
- Work closely with audio personalities to cocreate unique and compelling content that caters to the preferences of our target audience.
Brand Integrity:
- Uphold and strengthen the station's brand identity across all audio and digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand message.
Collaborative Marketing:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to synchronize audio content with broader marketing strategies, enhancing overall brand consistency and impact.
Data-Fluency:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track audience engagement metrics, providing valuable insights for optimizing content strategy and enhancing overall performance.
Performance Measurement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the audio team and leverage analytics to measure and continuously improve team performance.
Community Connection:
- Plan and execute engaging community events, utilizing the station's presence to connect with the local community and exploring partnerships with local organizations for enhanced outreach.
Marketing Synergy:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to seamlessly integrate audio content into popular social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Develop strategies for effective crosspromotion between audio content and other digital and video assets, maximizing our presence across various channels.
Qualifications:
- Possess at least Degree
- Have excellent planning & organization skills, meticulous and people skills
- Experience in radio broadcasting is preferred
