Description

As a Principal / Vice-Principal of the preschool, you will be responsible for assisting the Directors manage the childcare centre operations.

You will work with the management and the teachers to develop and manage programs for children in the 2.5 to 7 years age group.

Your key responsibilities include

  • Work with the Directors to manage the daytoday operations of the centre
  • Work with management and teachers to develop and manage programs for the children
  • Ensure the efficient runing of the centre in compliance with school protocols and ECDA requirements.
  • Plan and deliver programs that facilititate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom in accordance to the curriculum
  • Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child
  • Communicate with parents as necessary.
  • Participate in Parent-Teacher meetings
  • Organise field trips and other learning activities
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Leadership (DPL)
  • Good English Communications skills (written and oral)
