    The Role:

    We are looking for a highly skilled talent with expertise in Web3 strategy and tokenomics to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking professional who is deeply passionate about the Web3 space and possesses a strong background in tokenomics, market research, and strategic project management. You will play a crucial role in shaping our tokenomics models, driving strategic projects, and forging strong relationships with stakeholders both within and outside the organisation.

    What You Can Expect To Work On

    • Design and refine tokenomics models that align with our strategic objectives, ensuring a balanced ecosystem of stakeholders, flows, sinks, faucets, and incentives.
    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Web3 and digital assets landscape.
    • Formulate and present strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from ideation through to implementation and post-launch assessment, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including clients, investors, and industry peers.
    • Leverage analytical and quantitative skills to solve complex problems and support decision-making processes.
    • Exhibit an entrepreneurial attitude, taking initiative in identifying and pursuing new business development and sales opportunities.

    • Proven experience in the Web3 space, with a deep interest and involvement in blockchain, digital assets, or related fields.
    • Solid understanding of tokenomics, including stakeholder dynamics, economic flows, and incentive structures.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in crafting and delivering compelling presentations and pitches.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from concept through to execution and evaluation.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a creative and out-of-the-box thinking approach.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
