- Work closely with the Client on the implementation and integration of systems and applications. Ensure the entire process is being monitored and report any abnormalities detected;
- Coordinate and provide the necessary trainings for any digital service implementation for FMC ground staff;
- Responsible for system integration and data transfer between FMCs system and the Clients prevailing solution (system/cloud)
- Ensure that data between FMCs system and the Client's prevailing solution (system/cloud) are successfully transmitted accurately and timely
- Implementation of CMMS and to ensure smooth operation of the relevant systems.
- Keep the Client informed on the status of work performed, work schedules and provide alerts and follow up actions on major equipment breakdown through digital platform; implementation of dashboard, developing process workflow.
- Ensure FMC system uptime and make sure any failures would not impede operation works;
- Perform data quality checks to ensure that the fields in the job tickets are complete
- Organise quarterly meetings conducted between Client's digital FM team and the FMCs digital FM team or equivalent, with the FMCs Chief Digital Technology Officer or equivalent in attendance, to share on the latest digital trends, progress on digital implementation, technologies and solutions the FMC is exploring and on digital concepts such as but not limited to data management, etc.
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology / Building / Facilities Management
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of how CMMS work / implementation of CMMS
- Able to communicate well across different stakeholders (internal / external)
- Self initiative
