Job Description:


We are looking for a B2B marketing expert with excellent interpersonal skills and regional experience to manage Mount Faber Leisure Group's Attraction Marketing (Singapore Cable Car, Wings of Time, SkyHelix Sentosa), Regional & Trade Marketing and Branding for Mount Faber Leisure Group's suite of products.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Attraction Marketing
  • Plan and execute tactical campaigns to drive inmarket awareness of attractions and conversions
  • Oversee attraction ATL campaigns and BTL production for onsite marketing, including creative conceptualization, copywriting, brochure print, distribution management, campaign rollout and performance reporting through close collaboration with Sales department and media agency.
  • Regional Marketing
  • Initiate and lead regional growth of assigned key markets, (i.e., China, India) and proactively prepare for inbound marketing execution to drive incremental attendance and revenue
  • Partner with strategic alliances such as airlines, overseas banks and content partners to create awareness for Mount Faber Leisure's suite of attraction offerings to secure predeparture/advance sales in the identified markets.
  • Trade Marketing
  • Work handinhand with Partner Sales Department to lead development of trade marketing strategies and collaterals to maximize each attraction product brand's presence in the identified overseas market, travel agent partners' platform and across MICE &Trade channels
  • Manages and ensures efficient use of Trade Marketing budget to achieve shared B2B goals.
  • Monitor market attendance and sales report
  • Branding
  • Brand guardian of Mount Faber Leisure, overseeing attractions creatives to ensure all visual communications are on brand, factual and consistent, where artwork is produced in the utmost quality
  • He/she will lead longterm brand and marketing strategies, provide market insights to create a positive perception of Mount Faber Leisure Group brand and its products
  • Maintain and protect Mount Faber Leisure's position as the preferred brand for leisure and lifestyle offerings
  • Set a strong brand foundation for new attraction projects by working closely with the Marketing team, inhouse designers and creative vendor on conceptualization, logo, brand narratives, key messaging, CI guide, brand video and image assets creation

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in trade and regional marketing
  • Great interpersonal skills to manage vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Convincing, able to seek management buyin by providing sound judgment and brand rationale
  • Experience in branding, strong attention to details
  • Possess excellent written, verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Dynamic and passionate about marketing
  • Resultsfocused, excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • Seasoned with managing creative, printer and media agency for campaign activation and production of traditional BTL collaterals.
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to consistently deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget
  • Able to craft compelling audiencecentric messages
  • Experience in the lifestyle / tourism industry is a plus.
  • Minimal regional travel may be required
