Role Summary:

Responsible for transforming production operations by driving product fixes and improving operational efficiency.
They will be responsible to manage and resolve system alerts, complex user support tickets and production incidents.
They will be required to articulate functional and technical aspects of production issue and collaborate with Business or Engineering teams on efficient solutions or automations.

Requirement:

Senior level Development experience in any technology Java
Strong experienced in various databases
Should be willing to support the ask is not for full time support but on rota basis
Open to learn and adapt to available technologies in QISRole Description DB infrastructure uplift Sybase DB2 Technological uplift JAVA JDK PERL TOMCAT etc.
Good To have Linux knowledge Shell scripting Perl scripting Database knowledge Python
