The Challenges:

Talent Acquisition duties
Review salary proposals for the positions offered through various benchmarking methods and escalating them to senior team members for their approval
Make salary offers and engage in salary negotiations
Follow through with the preemployment process such as contract signing and onboarding preparations
Create & maintain Hiring dashboards & reports for seamless tracking across the hiring life cycle
Manage entire hiring process through Recruitment Management System (HRIQ)

What it takes:

1 year experience in full lifecycle recruiting
Experience in creating & maintaining hiring dashboards & reports for tracking across the hiring life cycle
Knowledge of Employment Act and TAFEP Guidelines
Negotiation and communication skills
