Operations Assistant - Singapore - MACFLO TECH (S) PTE. LTD.

Description

1) To achieve the overall business objectives of the Projects/ Construction Sector.

2) Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling and acquire allocate resources.

3) Lead and supervise construction personnel on site to ensure construction activities carry out properly and timely completion

4) Co-Ordination of movement of parts from Site/Workshop.

5) Handle daily tool box, allocate workers to required site.

6) Resolve all technical & Manpower issues on site.

7) Communicate with Clients, Sub-Contractors, Quality Assurance personnel on technical issues as and when required.

8) Prepare all relevant reports before and after work.
