Responsibilities

Operations Back Office Support

Data Entry / Updating of Client's Licensing Particulars in the ON System (ONAVI)
Provide assistance to clients regarding licensing matters
Coordinate with AR to invoice renewal of licenses
Any other adhoc job being assigned

Requirements:

- 'O" Level

Good initiative and a good team player

Working hours:
Mon-Friday 8.15 to 5.30pm

Transport is provided from 6 MRT pickup points ie Paya Lebar, Serangoon NEX, Bishan, Jurong East, Joon Koon, Woodlands
