    Assistant /Manager, Investment & Asset Management, Student Housing (Based in Singapore)

    Employment Type: Permanent Location: Singapore

    The Role

    You will be primarily involved in 2 key roles (i) investment activities for student housing and (ii) formulation of data analytical tools to develop portfolio management strategies for our global student housing real estate business

    Job Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth research and analysis, including market research, competitor research and financial metrics
  • Lead/support in sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities
  • Lead/support end-to-end investment transactions including origination, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis including financial modelling, and preparation of reports to board and investment committee.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio analytics dashboards and databases
  • Engage with overseas offices to identify gaps related to data, analyse portfolio data trends and provide recommendations for decision making
  • Continuously improve business processes through automation and digitalization

    • Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Real Estate, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in programming or data visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, PowerBI, VBA will be required.
  • Team player with strong communication skills, meticulous, numeric, ability to handle large dataset and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
