Job Description:

Act as brand ambassador by delivering personalized and empathetic interactions that exceed customer expectations
Liaise with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues where applicable
Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience
Collect and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, pain points and areas for improvement.
Other ad hoc duties as necessary
