Product Specialist - Singapore - KINGSFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD

About the job:
- To familiarize whole warehouse, logistics and administrative operation sop
- To work with CS Team on customer complaints and feedbacks
- To arrange with customer to review and check on the complaint product and take appropriate action and decision making such as exchange, upgrade, repair etc.
- To work with suppliers on feedbacks and quality control
- To handle service(repair) team on the timeline
- To work with sales team on Quality issue and improve feedback process
- To conduct regular cycle count and major count every 6 months
- To investigate and rectify all discrepancies
- Generate discrepancy and accuracy report and submit to management
- To highlight to individual team members on the mistake and preventive action
- To ensure 100% accuracy
- To understand and act on reverse logistics
- To submit relevant form such as disposal, return, repair etc
- To take charge and work with safety members on safety measures and accident preventive measures base on BizSafe.
About you:
- QA and Inventory control experience is a plus
- Need to run outdoor tohome visits from time to time
Others:
- Salary: $2.6k to $3k + VB
- Working hours: Mon to Fri 8.30 to 6.05
