Description
Position Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will provide administrative support for the day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities.
**Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Activities (Experienced Hires)
- Assist in preparing new hires' Letter of Appointment
- Prepare Pre-Employment medical document for New Hires
- Work with HR Ops to support TA team's new staff onboarding process
Application Tracking System (ATS)
- Create and assign new job requisition
- Maintain and upkeep job requisition status in ATS quarterly
Other Administrative Duties
- Manage Star Referral Programme
- Collate and provide job listing to be published monthly
- Collate Bi-Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly TA Reports
- Update and maintain tracker for data analytics, event management and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- Take minutes for Monthly TA Meetings
- Participate in processing improvement process
- Support any adhoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR or any fields
- At least 5 years of administrative support
- Experience in inhouse recruitment / HR Operations for Tech related industry preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced working environment
- Prior experience in ATS (SuccessFactors) added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, handle ambiguity and manage pressure
