Description

Our client is in the Management Consultancy industry, currently seeks a Network System Administrator to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of IT, the incumbent will be working as an independent contributor. He / She will be responsible for the overall network infrastructure support and all IT mattes in the Singapore office and their clients. The main duties will include server administration, network maintenance, monitor firewall, data backup scheduling, helpdesk support services to end users, IT training to end users, fixing of server / PC virus & spyware, investigate & resolve computer hardware and software issues, and provide maximum uptime for network infrastructure.

Additionally, he / she will need to manage inventory of equipment and supplies, ensure proper usage by internal staff and clients, and any ad-hoc duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Post-grad qualifications such as MCSE, CCNA, VCP, and Masters will be advantageous
• At least 6 years working experience in network, system, database admin related field
• Knowledge in servers, firewall, backup, O365 administration, and IT security is preferred
• Must know how to configure VMware
• Prior experience working in a system service provider is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and with minimum supervision
