This advertisement is for recruiting for the position of Operations Support OfficerIf successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE Primary School located in Choa Chu Kang

Contract Period :

From 01 November 2023 to 30 June 2024Option to Extend : for a further period of 2 yearsPersonnel to be deployed at the following hours: Mondays to Fridays : 10:00am to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1⁄2 hr lunch break When necessary, cover duty for colleagues on early shift: 6:30am to 3:30pm (inclusive of 1⁄2 hr lunch break) Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

The personnel will assist with the follows:
To maintain general cleanliness of the school areas/classrooms and the cleaning equipment used. To provide logístical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment. To escort the contractors and to ensure that the contractors are carrying out specific works authorised by the school.

To ensure all rooms' lights, fans and aircons are switched off, doors and roller shutters locked and the school alarm system is armed before leaving school To cover duty for colleagues on early shifts from 6:30am to 3:30pm when necessary.

Any other duties assigned by the OM, AM, and the School Leaders.

The Personnel shall mínimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience as an Operations Support Office (OSO) in school Be physically fit to perform the required duties Able to communicate in English Competent in using common apps in smartphones (e.

g internet browser, Singpass), Whatsapp and Walkie Talkies Possess pleasant personality with positive attitude
