Job description
Salt Talent Search is looking for a Sales Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role, This is a high-ownership, front-line revenue role.
You will build pipeline, directly engage SME owners and senior decision-makers, and convert qualified prospects into enrolled participants.What Will You Do:
Proactively generate new leads through outbound outreach (cold calls, targeted emails, meetings, roadshows, and ecosystem channels) and convert qualified inbound leads
Build, manage, and continuously replenish a qualified sales pipeline aligned to enrolment targets
Own the full sales lifecycle:
prospecting, qualification, objection handling, closing, and confirmed enrolment
Meet and exceed defined sales and conversion targets
Maintain disciplined CRM tracking, pipeline forecasting and reporting
Develop relationships with technology partners, industry associations, SME networks, and ecosystem stakeholders
What Will You Need:
5–10+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Hunting and building both outbound and inbound pipelines
Engaging SME founders and C-suite leaders with credibility
Managing consultative, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles
Positioning complex digital/AI programmes in outcome-focused language
Operating in KPI-driven, target-based environments
Experience selling digital, data, technology, SaaS, AI, SME training/upskilling or transformation-related solutions
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CEOs, founders, and C-suite leaders from mid- to large-sized SMEs in Singapore
Strong executive presence with proven consultative selling and stakeholder management capabilities
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets
