Job Descriptions:

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshoot, service, repair of production equipment's, warehouseProduction facilities equipment's and office building aircon'setc.
Production and warehouse facilities may include HVAC systems, Aircon, Chillers, Autoclave, cold room and freezers, Fire Protection system, Electrical DB panel, UPS, CCTV, Sanitary and plumbing, lighting, Door access and security systems etc.
Maintenance of office Building equipment's such as wall & ceiling mounting air con and lighting system.
Responsible for routine Alarm monitoring for facilities Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) and Building Management System (BMS) and document the alarms in Alarm log
Responsible to carry out Preventive maintenance and Calibrations within the scheduled and revise the Schedule when required.
Responsible to draft the Facilities SOP's, Forms and up revise the document as needed
Responsible to initiate and investigate the deviations, change control and CAPA's for Facilities and Engineering related.
Responsible for maintaining spare parts and relevant tools
Carry out improvement projects on operations and cost savings
Plan and schedule the annual shutdown maintenance
Support for internal and External Audit and Spoke person for Facilities and Engineering related Queries
Responsible for maintaining Facilities and Engineering related documents like SOP's, forms, Validation documents and Preventive maintenance & Calibration records

Job Requirements:

5 to 6 years of relevant experience for maintaining the GMP set up for autoclave, incubators, Freezers, cold room, ACMV/HVAC, DXU, UPS, Fire Protection system, Building Management System (BMS),
1 to 2 Years of experience for leading the Facilities and Engineering team
Good handson experience in mechanical and electrical system trouble shooting and maintenance is advantageous.
Proactive, good team player, able to communicate with all functions and levels.
Diploma or Higher Nitec in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
