- Provide mentorship to DevOps Engineers, project delivery and support in the areas of Build / Test / Deploy lifecycle activities and Application Performance Management,
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, industry and market trends to assist in project and/or solution offering development activities.
- Usage of Agile Methods and strong Engineering/SDLC practices XP, Pair Programming, CI/CD and Continuous Testing
· Execute consulting engagements that involve – defining / enhancing engineering processes, deploying the defined processes in the client organization and driving efficiencies to reduce Cost of Poor Quality / Improve Productivity / Reduce Cycle Time, - Knowledge of Agile, SAFE, Scrum, Practice and experience as Scrum Master will be added advantage
- Strong consulting skills, resolving conflicts, helping teams make decisions and set goals
- Enthusiasm for practicing and institutionalizing of learning mindset with excellent problem solving and influencing skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to faster changing environments
