Position:
Manager, Operations (Workplace Safety & Health)

Salary:
$5,800 - $7,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
**Location: North

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of the
Total Workplace Safety and Health framework and review of TWSHrelated policies with stakeholders.
Oversee and drive TWSHrelated projects or programs from conceptualization to execution.
Planning and reviewing of workflows to operationalize the program.
Logistics sourcing and management of the budget.
Communication with key stakeholders to increase buyin and takeup rate.
Evaluating the effectiveness of programs and drive continuous improvement in the program. Drive process improvements and ensure delivery of efficient operations and process flow.

Requirements:

Possess Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent
Minimum 45 years of relevant working experience in team management, WSHrelated work, and project management.
Experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
Good leadership qualities and management competency.
