    ​​​​​Responsibilities

  • Support the Group Administration team in general office administration
  • Support the Fixed Assets (FA) Inventorising & Reconciliation, budgeting and monitoring of expenses for all business units
  • Oversee the renewal of IAR / PL / PI insurance for corporate offices / IT facilities
  • Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders for procurement of office collaterals and be responsible for the procurement process (raising of PRs / POs and invoice processing)
  • Support staff onboarding (new/transfers/attachments) and staff exits
  • Assists in room/visitor bookings and generate system reports for trending monitoring etc.
  • Assist in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) documentation
  • Assist Facilities Management team in projects such as coordinating with various depts for office A&A works, renovation for new offices, logistics coordination etc.
  • Backup covers for reception duties and crown-related coordination
  • Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an Office Admin environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
  • Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Team player and able to work independently
