About the role
We are seeking a Finance Intern with a strong focus on Accounting or Finance to join our dynamic team.

As an Finance Intern you will be working closely with the Finance team and play a part in the Finance function of Igloo.

Responsibilities:

Assist the finance team on part or all of the finance related matters as follows:

Issue invoices to partners/clients and follow up with collections
Process supplier payments (including verifying invoices internally, reconciling with suppliers, recording in accounting system, submitting to bank and postapproval followup)
Process claims to customers
Verify and process staff expense claims
Issue debit notes to related entities, and reconcile intercompany transactions
Bank reconciliation, journal entries booking, balance sheet schedules update and monthend closing
Update cash flow reports and assist on cash flow planning
Manage company assets and inventories
Bank, secretarial, tax and audit matters
Any ad hoc tasks and administrative matters as required
