Job summary
This role plays a key part in shaping Singapore's external economic strategy by leading efforts in trade negotiations and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including meeting coordination document preparation collation putting up approvals for events trips managing logistics for meetings setting up virtual platforms ensuring timely follow-ups across teams.
- Support overseas officers in administrative matters including posting travel-related coordination other operational arrangements required process financial documents including processing of invoices procurement requests payments vendors.
