    Description

    Job Description:

    • Able to handle over the counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
    • Assist in customers enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
    • Prospect and introduce customers to the products and services
    • Educate and migrate customers to use digital platform
    • Manage customer wait time and service level.
    • Manage customer negative impact and complaints
    • Perform all activities in accordance with the regulatory requirement
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Contributes to self and team effort by accomplishing related results needed

    Requirements:

    • Highly adaptable, ability to deal with ambiguity.
    • Experience in delivering excellent customer journeys and digital features
    • Adapt at use of data to drive productivity and performance
    • Ideally related experience or customer facing experience
    • Willing to learn and not afraid to face customers
    • IT Savvy (There will be a requirement to use the systems)
    • Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel (Simple functions)
    • Freshers are welcome (As long as they are okay to take and ready to learn)

    Additional Info:

    • Normal Hours - 8.10AM to 5PM
    • Evening Hours - 9.40AM to 6.30PM
    • Rotational Shifts
