- Work closely with service contractors on daily appointments and cash collection
- Daily service appointments' documents reconciliation
- Contract creation and management
- Management reports compilation
- Work closely with colleagues on Service Contract related matters
- Create and manage Service Contracts, and seeing to the invoicing and reconciliation
- Perform data entry and simple reports analysis
- Update Policies & Procedures
- Ad-hoc office administrative upkeep duties as assigned
- Minimum GCE 'O' level
- Possess good communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
