Roles & ResponsibilitiesNearest MRT: Labrador Park
Contract Duration: 5 Months Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $8,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Development of Simplified Competency Framework
· Cleaning and reformatting of data to feed into AI bot for analysis
· Maintaining data integrity
· Creating simple excel data reporting using pivot tables
· Designing user-friendly look and feel for the framework
Administrative Support for FY24 Competency Assessment
· Working with agencies to consolidate assessment data from Workday
· Feeding data into competency dashboard
· Providing status update on staff assessment status
· Maintaining and aligning assessment records
· Scheduling panel assessment, set up interview, and record outcomes
· Consolidate and file staff competency dossiers
· Overall administration and management of L4 assessment process
Other Projects
· Testing of AI bots
· Administrative work on allowance liaison with WOG agencies
· Administrative paperwork on IAP contract matters
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology or other relevant disciplines.
· Experience in areas of Learning & Development or Talent Management with at least 1 to 3 years of experience.
· Experience in WorkDay is an advantage.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (Pivot Table)
· Able to commit for 4-5 months contract.
· This is a maternity cover position.
