Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Enhance and sustain service levels.
• Oversee workshop operations.
• Calculate repair or maintenance costs and estimate the necessary time.
• Train mechanics to enhance their skills.
• Diagnose vehicle issues through testing and discussions with customers to determine the required repairs.
• Monitor workshop activities, evaluate completed jobs, and prepare reports to identify recurring faults.
• Manage the workshop's daily operations, including issuing work orders and scheduling mechanics for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and allocate jobs to technicians to ensure compliance with individual key performance indicators.
• Ensure job cards are properly documented.
• Coordinate and advise service consultants on job status.
• Maintain workshop safety practices in accordance with manufacturers' standards.
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools.
• Capable of identifying and solving automotive problems.
• Ensure vehicles are clean before returning them to their owners.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• Possess the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Have a motivated and driven personality.
• Capable of multitasking.
• Interested in the automotive industry.
• Must have a Class 3 driving license.
