    Roles & Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate should be a passionate and dedicated individual who has a strong passion for learning and development and is excited by the opportunity to provide exciting and fulfilling educational solutions, curriculum, and training to partners/customers. He/she must be ACTA or ACLP certified, creative, resourceful, independent, motivated and want to make a difference with strong ability to transfer knowledge and inspire people.

    Job Responsibilities

    · Conduct in-house and WSQ training programs on Human Resource Management Systems

    · Analysing learning needs and formulating training strategies

    · Design curriculum, develop training material and executes training activities including but not limited to classroom facilitation and conducts course assessment

    · Analyses and reviews training feedbacks and evaluation for any improvement on each training program conducted

    · Handle full spectrum of training administration & liaison with internal & external training partners/customers

    · Maintaining training facilities and equipment

    · Other duties and projects as assigned

    Requirements

    · Must be ACTA or ACLP certified

    · Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related discipline

    · Preferably at least 5 years of prior experience in Human Resources and/ or Learning and Development, with strong background and expertise as an HR generalist while also having in-depth knowledge and expertise in multiple HR specialties (eg compensation, benefits, employee relations, employment law, HR systems)

    · Have passion for people development with a flair for training

    · Confident in stand-up training, facilitation, and assessment

    · IT savvy and familiar with digitalized learning solutions

    · Good understanding of WSQ framework

    · Familiarity with the policies and administration of various government schemes and grants for training, as well as WSQ programs and WSQ ATO will be advantageous

    · A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills

    · Dedicated, committed, and positive working attitude

    · Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    · Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
