Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team or other reports as required
Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
Setup the Distribution Network includes looking for distributors, confirm distributor, review and negotiate an agreement
Constantly work with distributors to review the distributor performance monthly, quarterly, collect feedback, and revise sales strategy to achieve sales target
Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will record customer interactions
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
Perform other duties as assigned by the company management

Requirements:

At least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field and minimum 5 years of proven work experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
