    Description

    Job Role:

    1. Responsible for the operation of the company's daily administrative work, including the establishment of administrative systems, office environment construction, management of fixed assets, meeting management, etc.

    2. Organize the planning of various activities of the company, guide and plan employee activities, and assist in promoting the formation of the company's vision and corporate culture.

    3. Cooperate with the company's daily transaction account docking and processing, tax docking, and personnel docking work.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor degree, administrative management, financial management and other related majors

    2. More than 1 year of administrative personnel and financial comprehensive post work experience

    3. Familiar with the company's administrative management system and system construction, and have practical experience in administrative standard management implementation

    4. Skilled use of office software and office automation equipment

    5. Accurate and fluent in Mandarin, relatively fluent in English, and proficient in English reading and writing as needs to liaise to mandarin speaking associates.

    6. Possess good communication and coordination skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork skills, and affinity.
