**Responsibilities:
1.

Cost Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze project budgets, manufacturing costs, and operational expenses.
Prepare accurate and timely cost reports and financial statements.
Monitor and compare actual costs against budgeted costs, identifying variances and trends.

2.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Provide financial expertise and insights for budget development and cost projections.
Continuously monitor and adjust budget assumptions to reflect changing business conditions.

3.

Cost Control Measures:

Develop and implement cost control measures and financial procedures.
Collaborate with project managers, manufacturing teams, and department heads to ensure adherence to cost management policies.

4.

Project Cost Management:

Work closely with project teams to estimate, track, and control project costs.
Conduct costbenefit analysis to evaluate the financial viability of projects.
Provide financial guidance during project planning and execution to optimize cost efficiency.

5.

Financial Compliance:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal accounting principles.
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits, providing necessary costrelated documentation.

6.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas of potential cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
Propose and implement process enhancements to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

7.

Risk Assessment:

Assess financial risks related to projects and operations.
Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and avoid cost overruns.

**Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred.

Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong financial analysis and cost management skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools used for cost tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and industryspecific cost factors.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
