**Responsibilities:
1.


Cost Analysis and Reporting:


  • Analyze project budgets, manufacturing costs, and operational expenses.
  • Prepare accurate and timely cost reports and financial statements.
  • Monitor and compare actual costs against budgeted costs, identifying variances and trends.

Budgeting and Forecasting:


  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Provide financial expertise and insights for budget development and cost projections.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust budget assumptions to reflect changing business conditions.

Cost Control Measures:


  • Develop and implement cost control measures and financial procedures.
  • Collaborate with project managers, manufacturing teams, and department heads to ensure adherence to cost management policies.

Project Cost Management:


  • Work closely with project teams to estimate, track, and control project costs.
  • Conduct costbenefit analysis to evaluate the financial viability of projects.
  • Provide financial guidance during project planning and execution to optimize cost efficiency.

Financial Compliance:


  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal accounting principles.
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial audits, providing necessary costrelated documentation.

Process Improvement:


  • Identify areas of potential cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

Risk Assessment:


  • Assess financial risks related to projects and operations.
  • Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and avoid cost overruns.
**Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong financial analysis and cost management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools used for cost tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and industryspecific cost factors.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
